Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our global leading electronics company based in Mozambique. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and promoting our consumer electronics products in the local market. The ideal candidate will have experience in the consumer electronics industry, particularly with TVs, and possess excellent communication skills. You will be required to have your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work on weekends.


  • Sales Generation: Actively promote and sell our consumer electronics products, including TVs, to customers in Mozambique, targeting both retail and commercial markets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their product-related queries and concerns.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing regular feedback to the management team to support business development strategies.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers, highlighting the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our consumer electronics products.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives, implementing effective strategies to maximize sales revenue and market share.
  • Territory Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive territory sales plan, identifying key prospects, conducting sales visits, and actively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Order Processing and Follow-up: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Follow up on sales leads and inquiries promptly.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.
  • Training and Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest product features, specifications, and industry trends through continuous learning and training programs, enabling you to provide accurate information and support to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical support, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful product launches.


  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the consumer electronics industry, with a strong preference for TV sales experience.
  • A valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle in good condition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and build long-term relationships.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Sound knowledge of the local consumer electronics market and familiarity with competitor products, including Samsung, LG, and Hisense.
  • Matriculation (high school diploma) or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and adapt to a flexible work schedule as required.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in using sales software, CRM tools, and MS Office applications.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
