Project detail

We seek for an experienced System Architect at an embedding software company specialized in the automotive industry; the purpose of the job is for ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of in-car computing (ICC) architectures. This position requires a deep understanding of various system domains, including SYS (System), IVI (In-Vehicle Infotainment), TEE (Trusted Execution Environment) partitions, as well as IOC (Input/Output Controller), SFI (Signal and Function Interface), AUD (Audio), and FU (Functional Unit).

What you should have and do

  • ICC Architecture Understanding: The System Architect is responsible for comprehending and interpreting the entire ICC architectures. This includes gaining an in-depth understanding of the system domains, the interactions, and the underlying technology stack.
  • System Domain Expertise: The System Architect must have expertise in system domains such as SYS, IVI, TEE partitions, and other key areas. You should possess a comprehensive understanding of the functional requirements, constraints, and dependencies within each domain.
  • Functional Analysis: The System Architect will perform detailed functional analysis for specific functions related to ICC architectures. Including but not limited to examine the parts listed above, there may be additional functions relevant to the automotive industry.
  • System Integration: The System Architect will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of various software components and technologies within the ICC architectures. This includes working with cross-functional teams to address system-level challenges and dependencies.
  • Requirements Management: The System Architect will collaborate with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and manage system-level requirements. You will work closely with development teams to translate these requirements into practical solutions.
  • Architecture Design: The System Architect will contribute to the design and development of ICC architectures, ensuring scalability, modularity, and maintainability. You will propose and implement innovative approaches to meet the requirements of the automotive industry.
  • Technical Guidance: The System Architect will provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, assisting them in implementing the architecture design and ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
  • System Performance Optimization: The System Architect will identify potential performance bottlenecks and work on optimizing system performance. This may involve analyzing and tuning software components or collaborating with hardware engineers to optimize system-level interactions.
  • Documentation: The System Architect will document system architectures, design decisions, and technical specifications. You will create and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation to facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing.

Qualification:

  • Deep understanding of ICC architectures, system domains, and their interactions in the automotive industry.
Expertise in SYS, IVI, TEE partitions, and other relevant system domains.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex system-level issues.
Proficiency in requirements management and system integration.
  • Experience in architecture design and development, with a focus on scalability and modularity.
  • Strong technical leadership and mentorship abilities.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
